Album TIme

February 24, 2012  •  Leave a Comment
In this age of the ephemeral, there are still a few things built to last, and the wedding albums I produce are one of them. I only use high quality books, made with acid-free papers and covers designed to wear well. This album is made by the Australian company Seldex, and features fine bevel-cut mats to which I mount the prints using archival linen tape. The result is a album that will, with proper care, last for generations to come, and give pleasure to not only the bride and groom, but to their children and their children’s children. There are a few of us craftsmen left.
